I’ve heard a similar thing happened to a company driver that I know.

a load of flowers on wheeled crates all rolled out of the trailer after the trailer left the dock

I haul a lot of reels on my flatbed, and i often secretly fantasize about unloading my trailer in a similar fashion.

Na, management just needs to have the local roach coach go around the neighborhood around the place to all the homeless people and promise them a free meal and a free shopping cart if they help push the rest of the shopping carts back inside...

D.Tibbitt, alds and Wasted Thyme Thank this.

Guess that will teach the dock folks to not release the dock lock until the door is shut... Lol

there are at least 2 ways to look at this.

    1) he can say he screwed up and wiped out, and hope his insurance not only pays, but does not cancel out after.

    2) he can say he was parked, he saw the truck coming, a little bit in his lane, he pulled over a bit, and the truck went by and the rock fell off.

i'd go with 2 and then have the trucking company buy me a new car...
