    Raider would be Auto only; this would be a detriment, though it appears all are migrating to autos in time, so maybe not as impacting? No idea...

    Crst is anal about holding you to that 1 year while making it miserable for you to do so. If you quit they will send letters to anyone that hires or even inquires about you threatening to sue if they hire you. Many companies just don't want the hassle so they won't hire you.

    After a while driving, you recognize‘traits’, equipment condition and driver behavior.

    CRST certainly does not exhibit positive observations.

    Raider would be my choice of the two you listed, you might also check into FFE and Magnum. CRST has a horrible reputation do yourself a favor and do some more research on them.
