Wow...I had to go back and review your pic. I thought that was a pot bellied guy that was dotting your rig.

 

Nope. Her drawers where rubbing the ground all around her feet all tattered. Shoes were all blown out and a serous case of BO. When she climbed up to my truck to do break check and look at my logs I was kinda embarrassed. Then she left and the smell went away.

At first When she told me I had 2 tail lights out I was shocked!!! They wouldn’t even be required equipment. The boot has a hole for wires she said so there is supposed to be a light in there. I asked what would I plug them into because the new factory harness I put in a couple years ago only has 3 plugs?

There is no violation on the logbook portal on the books yet so she technically couldn’t write me up for that she said. I do have my information in my settings so the company is looking into it?

 

Dang u had 4 level 1s this year ?? Ive only gotton 2 . Plus 2 level 3s.... Man they got me 2 or 3 weeks ago. Came out to like 36 csa points or something ridiculous.

 

They weren’t all level ones. I had one level 1, the rest were 2’s. But still. My luck is running thin I’m sure?

She was going to nail me on them lights. She said “she was just going to give me a warning what’s the big deal?”

Glad I challenged her and not rolled over like @Superhauler taught us yesterday?

Alot of people don't think about what violations do to there insurance. The last one I had made a $1200 difference and it was two days short of three years when my insurance renewed.....

Guess who was on the phone bright and early in the morning getting that removed.

Wife and I had a discussion the other night cause I was needing a clarification on something... Go ask Dave.

He always says "I don't know... Let's go over and talk to this guy"

I can tell ya the guys working at the top are way more layed back then the guys working at the bottom.

Only had a problem with one real young fella and we come to a understanding.... I still got a hefty fine but he was doing his job....there's more to the story but....it ain't over yet.

 

I can see being a buster for some blatantly bad maintenance issues or piss poor securement, but ball busting just because you can? If the driver don't give you any lip, let em go.
