I drive a white 379 Pete with a rusty black frame. I asked my boss if I could take it home and try to clean it up a bit, and he offered to have it painted professionally, since the engine was just replaced and it will be around for a while. He asked what color I would like, and I wasn't sure. I thought black looked fine. He said if he's sending it out to get done, might as well make it look interesting, and I agree. Anyone have any ideas or pictures of a good frame color to go with a white cab?

Blue might be niceTug Toy, Dave1837 and tommymonza Thank this. -
Basically you have to decide if you want it to “pop” or be subtle.

For a working truck I would go with black. It hides dirt better and generally looks bettet than a painted frame when it gets older. Just my 2 cents.

I think a dark blue would be subtle, yet stand out a bit from the crowd.
Red would really stand out and probably look pretty good too.Dave1837 Thanks this. -

I think that's a good idea if you decide not to do black.
