I would like to sue Swift Knight Transportation on behalf of my client, Joe Schmoe. Judge says, "Why Mr. Goodman?"....... Mr. Goodman says, "Because they don't have APU's in their trucks! Judge says, " A P what's!???.....CASE DISMISSED!!

Theft deterrent. Close the outer curtain and leave the light on in the back.

If the lights were left on all night then that was probably me. Sometimes Ill leave my flashers on too after backing. I cant hear the clicking over all the racket.

Also sometimes Ill give my air horn a tug if I wake up at night.

not what I meant I’m saying if it’s hot and your idling to keep yourself from dieing and lose your job you can sue company period however if they have apu that’s acts as a ac then you shouldn’t idle duh my coma y is like that we can’t idle unless it’s above 96 degrees other wise use apu the. Again my idle time is pretty high either way

Sorry Asphalt Cowboy.......everybody throws around the " just sue them" line. Sue them for what? What are the damages? Lawyers fees are outrageous these days. Big trucking companies have high powered law firms on retainer 24/7. Pay them tens of millions of dollars annually just to be there. Do you think a lawsuit filed by Joe Truck driver phases them????
