Semi truck gets tangled up in overhead highway sign in Phoenix

Well at least he only hit a sign, rather than a bridge.

 

I'm just surprised that sign was able to stop him. Whoever built that thing should get a raise.

 

You know when you're driving down the road in an unfamiliar vehicle and you see a switch and you ask yourself, "I wonder what this does?"

I always pull out the big red knob. It makes funny smoke behind me.

the continued stupidity of dump drivers, never ceases to amaze me,

i think they should be dubbed the new "Swift" drivers.

I know what caused the incident. The trailer was still raised to the dump position and it hit the sign.

Some days, I think I should be a cop and a reporter.

and yeah, we have seen more and more dump truck drivers screw up like this..in fact so many, that i think Swift hasn't had any accidents in a long time.
