Shes a winner all right. Alas because of the vid she can declare they didnt treat her properly by having a required female officer present.
(supposedly females under arrest must be err handled by other females)

 

I don't think that applies when they're trying to arrest a woman, only maybe when they're searching after they've got the person under control.
