Hi. I am new to trucking and would like a way to automatically keep track of my travel routes and stops while driving across country. The apps that I have found let you enter a route and save it and google maps kind of does it but not very accurately. I want something I can set and forget so I can check it out later.
Not sure if a gps unit would work for this or not.
Any suggestions?

Just ask Google... they already know this information about each and every one of us... LOL
Wasted Thyme Thanks this. -
Google map keeps track of every stop you've visited within the run of a day. Just make sure you enable the location on your mobile device before you begin the commute. Go to the Google Map "timeline" afterwards to review your stops.

Google maps keeps infor longer then a day.
There's a setting that you can pick too for time frame.
Ask Google how to access your location history. -
There is an app called Life 360 which will show you a timeline.
