79,920. Currently 20 lbs over on my tandems. Need to burn off a lot of fuel because I pick my student back up tomorrow afternoon.

Where did you pick that gem up from?

70,755 - It’s my first year. I moved to my own truck 12/9/2019.

I swapped one loads one day with a driver who picked up at Barilla Pasta in Avon. I scaled before leaving the truck stop that we met at, and found that I was overweight. Dispatch sent me back a message to run with it. I was nervous all the way to Lithia Springs.

Always weight problems from that place. Either gross weight or too heavy at one end. I've had them fix loads or take a couple pallets off more than once.

I made that comment to one of the supervisors when I went back to have a load fixed. He said there are load plans for all their products but that "no one follows them." I told him it shows.

Thankfully haven't been there to pick up a load in awhile, just to drop off the packaging.

I guess I've been lucky because I've pulled a lot of pasta out of there and only had problems with my weight once.

    JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this.

When Covid first became an issue, I had a shipper load 53,000 pounds on my trailer. That’s a lot of cake mix. I had to call in and talk to safety because not only was that well over gross but I was worried the super singles couldn’t handle it. They unloaded and reworked it after Millis gave them a call.

Midwest Memphis is in their usual form of always having some type of problem. Can't do most if any reloads because they do not have the product needed. Not sure if it is stuff not delivered by other trucks or not even manufactured yet. Millis trucks lining the street. Was told to check back tomorrow but not sure if it would be ready to load then. Left and went back to Olive Branch.

I'm here too, for the same reason. Are you the guy that closed my trailer tails for me when I was setting up to back in against the dock over here?

How do we get inside to the facilities? The door I checked said construction only.
