Well I just bought my first lifting belt. Figure since I'm closing in on 2x my bodyweight on a few lifts I should try and protect my back a little bit.

Yeah, if you look at one of those reels and have any common sense, you'll quickly see that the center of the reel is the only securement option on most of them.

Yes unfortunately. Sweet potatoes only. I’m going back and get retested one day but there’s really no use. My symptoms are gone since I stopped eating them. My only hope is it was one of the other foods causing it but I ate more taters than any of the rest so I’m doubtful.

 

Well it’s always odd walking out of the stall to see a dude spread eagle in front of a urinal rofl looked like he was waiting to be frisked; “I know where you’re hiding the eclair donut you filthy trucker!”
