Car tries to beat truck through turn

    I couldn't find any news on this as of now, but came across this earlier today. It happened on OH 747 in Cincinnati, ohio. A van tried to beat a truck through a right turn, and this is the result.

    Nope. I’ve had a few in the past. My personal one was a cheap Radio Shack unit with barely a mile of range that eventually broke, and I’ve shared trucks with drivers that have “real” radios.

    Frankly, I didn’t hear much worth contributing to. On the one hand you’ve got radio Rambos cursing at everyone, then you have the hobbyists who can probably reach the lunar surface with their megawatt transmitters, finally you’ve got the people who just loop sound effects.

    I was going to get a radio but 80% of the time I’m local so it just didn’t seem like something to invest in. Still, I may grab one someday.
