I knew i was going to work for this company after driving for only 3 months and seeing one of those blue walmart trucks near little Rock, AR. And here i am. But yea 3 years safe driving is required and 30 months experience so yea...i applied at 37 months safe driving and actually was rejected in February 2017 from spring valley but accepted March 2017 out of Sutherland, va.

Sounds like a blast. I was Dedicated at Walmart for about 6 months. About 2 months at 3 different DC's. Red Bluff, Hermiston and McCarran. All the Walmart Drivers were friendly, and all the ones I talked to loved working there. It's not my style. But it's a great job for a lot of people.

From what I could tell, a certain kind of person loves the job. They like all the good pay and benefits. Not really having to worry about your 70. Two days off a week. Friendly work environment. But, to be fair, most of the guys I talked to were fairly new Walmart Drivers and had never really had a good job before. I would argue that there are lots of niche trucking jobs with great pay and good bosses. Or Owner Operator. The main thing of course is benefits, vacation, paid holidays, etc.. For a family man that needs the security, benefits and reliable, predictable days off, 70-90k and a friendly work environment can make a lot of good guys happy guys. So I support that wholeheartedly.

    T.Rucker and truckdriver31 Thank this.

This may seem like a dumb question, but why wouldn't a person just have a second undisclosed phone? That would also get a person fired. But if one was breaking the rules anyway, why not break them with one's head out of one's ###?

Curious as to anyone having the answer to this quiz. I've tried all different combinations with no luck. Asking my manager about it this morning because the hazards we know and that are discussed in the section seem to not apply.

I've tried every combination. I even pulled my ops manager and safety manager and they couldn't figure it out. They said to skip that, get the other training done and they'll get with tech support because something isn't right.
