Kind of looks like Schneider doesn't want experience drivers. But then offering you the chance to get some training helps some.

It depends on what you mean by experienced.

Do we want the experienced driver who high hooked on his first load?

How about the one that destroyed the front right bumper, hood, and headlight assembly on a yellow pole? (The yellow pole came out with just a few scratches).

Or the one who blindly followed his own gps into a low bridge when the company gps, the work assignment, and the BOL all gave the same specific directions into the customer?

Those are three of the "experienced hires" who made it thru orientation. The bar really isn't that high, so if you go under, it's your own darn fault.

There was a pretty lady did mine, when she asked if I snored I told her I didn’t know.
At that time I was free(single)
She wanted to know why I didn’t know if I snored, told her I was sleeping, how should I know, but I’d take a second opinion if she wanted really had to know.

    Biggest mistake EVER.
Got me married, and locked down, I used to have so much fun!! :(
