    Since the crack is from stud hole to stud hole the vehicle will be out of service. Otherwise it’s a DOT warning.

    It ‘s scrap because it is cracked from seat to seat. The next time a monkey puts your wheels on in a circular pattern and just stands on the air hammer kick the crud out of them. Criss cross and proper torque and that will not happen.
