Hi everyone! I just bought a 2018 Pete 579, MX 13 engine. I connected the Big Road dashlink and after plugging it and signing in, although the app says that I’m connected, it won’t read the truck’s information (make, mileages, vin#, etc). More than that, when I start driving it won’t detect the truck’s motion. Could it be an issue caused by the ECU? I called the Peterbilt dealership and they suggested that I should check the fuses and connections which I did and found nothing wrong with them. Now I’m stuck in Chicago over the weekend waiting for a Monday morning appointment that I made with the dealership. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I had the same issues with BigRoad . They'll tell you to delete the app from your device and reload it. Disconnect the dash link completely from the truck and reinstall. It happened enough times that I went with keeptrucking and haven't had a single issue.
