That place is huge, Iowa 80 must be one of the few places that's bigger.

I like being able to do a Drop N Hook and it count for the 30 minute break. And I like the 8 hour clock not starting until, I roll.

I just feel a 14 hour day is long enough. Sort of sucks for me I’m not really a napper, once I’m awake I’m up for the entire day.

Nobody can force you to work more than 14. Its an option though now to counteract these slow ### shippers and receivers and allow to possibly get thru a major city at night instead of having to shut down cuz if the 14 and put you right in the middle of rush hour in the morning after your break is up. Just cuz its there doesn't mean you have to do it. The problem with it is if these companies try forcing their drivers to do it, but even then as a company driver or not, noone is forcing me to do anything I don't feel safe doing so.

I may have a super power amongst truckers. If I need to nap, as long as I can get comfortable it’s lights out. I have no probs recharging the batteries once I’ve set them in to charge :)

Another load rejected due to "leaking pallets" at NAB. Have I mentioned lately how much I fkn hate this place?

    JOHNQPUBLIC and MIT Thank this.

Anyone ever park at Heartland Seagoville? Just curious if it’s packed with Burleson being closed?

Means that there's product leakage somewhere from within the pallet.

Instead of going around the corner to C&M Forwarding, they had me take this one across town to C&D Leach to get it fixed. Guy there said they'd had a lot of these coming from Memphis lately. Guy came in behind me, also from Memphis, same product and same problem.

    Memphis sucks.

I haven't had to deal with that yet, sounds like that sucks.
