    Most Companies just require you to pay for the additional insurance needed to cover the rider. $10-15 per month. Usually a pretty hefty pet deposit. $500 or so.

    Wow 44cpm after 2 years? Ozark starts drivers at 45 cents a mile right ouf CDL school. Just hope you like driving at night.
