Looking for advice from experienced LTL

Using bulkheads you should have a mesh or finger chute. Going to do a lot, get a bulkhead with a temp controlled fan. You can use lighter hydraulic fluid.

 

Assuming you’re running frozen, the bulkheads will be your favorite item. Most guys I loaded with didn’t have a chute. I never had issues, just put it up and go. Also it’s helpful for doing the store deliveries. If they are slow to take pallets off, pull one or however many they get, then put em back up.

It’ll get easier and more you run the route, better chance on learning how people will react. Work with them enough and they will eventually keep you loaded coming and going.
