It won't ever happen. People are big talkers but when push comes to shove 99% of us are too comfortable with life, suckling at the government test one way or another, even though we aren't happy.

The worst that will happen is likely the big cities would have mass rioting and slowly burn to the ground. Us country folk (north or south) would likely just sit back and watch them burn without doing anything.

Look at the way a the virus shut the world down with barely a fight.
