    I only have experience at 2 different companies as o/o. 1st one was at Crete where I bought my 1st truck. Crete was good but mileage based pay. I made money but had to run hard to do it. Came to LS about 1 1/2 years ago and can't really see myself leaving. Sure you have the crap agents double brokering stuff and it can be frustrating when you 1st start but you learn those agents pretty fast and don't even bother calling them. You can also set the board up to show you 'direct shipper' only and that eliminates some headaches. Doesn't take long to learn who some of the better agents are.
