Yes he did. And now he has a crash with injuries and a rollover on his record. Better than a fatal though.

tough call. in all actuality, no trucker wants an accident. no trucker wants to hurt anyone. and most certainly had that been a school bus, i gotta be thinking nearly every trucker would ditch rather than hit a school bus.

but when it comes to the errant 4 wheeler, i told my family a long, long time ago, if they CAUSE me to crash, and i should get severely hurt, or killed, I AM TAKING THEM with me.

far too many times, 4 wheelers challenge us to what amounts to a game of chicken.

then they run off, when we crash, and who knows, maybe turn around, take pics or video, and post it on fartbook, and laugh at us.

well i told my family, that jerkwad will be laughing with my truck on top of him.

then i told my family, do not listen to what "they said" about me, but what I SAID right here and now, how many 4 wheelers are out there.

lucky for me, in my 48 years..........

my family never got "that call".

I have right of way and I don’t give a crap who or what, I’m not leaving the roadway and I got the scars to prove it. This goes for big trucks as well and i got a few scars from that one however the judgement of fault always landed on the other party!

My last wreck has caused me to not be hireable, due to insurance. I fully intended to sue them, but our cheap ### cameras in the truck only work upon impact. My truck was not hurt, but they went across my front end trying to get in front of me to brake check me AGAIN and lost control. The trooper wrote it up correctly, but it doesn't matter in Tennessee. It is simply listed as an accident on my record. She is from Chattanooga, and had her mother and kid in the car. Some foreign sounding name. Obviously not a lot of sense and not used to the way things work on the Interstate. But I don't have enough proof to sue. Just have to wait out the time period.

I say George did a poor job of training his son. Job one is returning home alive. Crashing to avoid a crash is high risk at best. When someone screws the pooch in front of you your best chance of walking away is keeping the truck straight and upright. But Dale what about the innocent children? I’m not living my life like a bad country western song. I think my family deserves me to come home just as much as anyone else. Saving someone else from their stupidity so they can do it again is morally wrong. Let the flaming begin.

Never leave the road. Their life is no more important than your own whether it be an animal or a human.

Speaking of which, this album is one of my favorite to drive to, and this song is my theme.
