I managed to take down two lines in a week. First one I didn’t even know I did. They said it was a small phone line. Second one was a power line. Heard it rip the siding, stopped, saw the transformer blow lol.

couple years later I snagged one of those super thick fiber optic lines that hang on the bottom. Those don’t rip. It got pulled so hard, it cracked the pole in half. Took the whole cities power out. Big oops. Should of been higher though. To make it better, it was 4pm on a Friday. Power company wasn’t happy.

20191009_075627.jpg if you look close you can see where I got one. I just spooled it up next to the building. A year later it's still there so it must not go to anything lol

Hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving with your families. If you are out on the road, I hope you can make it back and have somewhat of a weekend.
    .
For lack of better words, this entire year has totally sucked. Find those that you care about and just appreciate their good company.

I am thankful for my family; both the real ones and those of you guys I have online over FB or TTR. I am also thankful for my friends whose' seat is vacant cause they didn't make it home when we were deployed.

Be safe out there everyone! Thank you for your continued knowledge, wisdom, support and friendship!

Well said, sir. 2020 has sucked, but we’ve got it way better than many on the planet do or ever will.

I’m fortunate to have gotten to know you fine drivers over my time here.

To your point, I've been to about 27 different countries on four continents. There are people out there that would swim through an ocean of thumbtacks to be where we are. We do have it way better than many.

    Cardfan89, MACK E-6, dwells40 and 3 others Thank this.
