VNL 780 Upper Bunk Window

    So I have the upper window that you can't open and both sides the seal is all cracked and soon I'm sure will start leaking. These windows are ~ $400, you have to replace the entire thing! Two questions - can someone help with how to remove these and/or anything I can seal this with that will look okay and last?

    I went to Menards got some black Gorilla silicone and just glued the glass pretty much.
    Had the truck sitting next to a building and had a load bar keeping the pressure on the window glass for 24 hours.
    Seems to be holding up ok
