We are seeking teams to join our company for 2 verticals: healthcare and military. If you don't have the Secret clearances, we can help you obtain them at no cost to you. Must have hazmat or at lease get fingerprinted prior to starting. While waiting on your DoD clearances to come in, you will be moving healthcare product and pharmaceuticals - some of which is supporting Operation Warp Speed, the nation's program for a COVID vaccine.

Teams are only required to stay out 40 weeks in the year, take up to 12 weeks off when and where they wish (and take the truck home as well). Drivers can expect to earn approx. $1400 average per driver per week while doing healthcare and learning the system, and then increasing to $1800 average per driver per week with DoD clearances. This does not include monthly bonuses (up to $1,000) and quarterly bonuses (up to $4,000). Teams will earn 40% to 45% of the truck's gross earnings (minus the fuel and toll surcharge). We have a various pieces of equipment at the moment.

    Class A CDL
2021 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution double bunk tractor, automatic, 4.7 cu ft fridge/freezer, APU, inverter
2018 Western Star 5700XE double bunk tractor, automatic, 1.4 cu ft fridge, APU, inverter, TV
2016 Freightliner Cascadia double bunk tractor, automatic, 1.4 cu ft fridge, inverter (team will earn an extra 3% to operate this tractor for 52 weeks, then get a brand new 2022 model)
2016 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution double bunk tractor, automatic, 1.4 cu ft fridge, inverter (team will earn an extra 3% to operate this tractor for 52 weeks, then get a brand new 2022 model)

    Class B CDL
2018 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution straight truck, 96" sleeper, single bunk, 4.7 cu ft fridge, sink, hot water, APU, inverter, Satellite TV, convection oven, lift-gate, temperature control unit

Teams can be from anywhere in the US. No 15 MPH or over speeding tickets in the last 3 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (or 2 in 12 months), no felonies within the last 10 years. Must be willing to get fingerprinted for the HAZMAT endorsement before starting if you don't have it now.

Contact: careers@msrtransportservices.com or call 330.571.9502 (must leave a voice mail, Reservist on active duty without phone during the duty day). You can also go to you Facebook page and send us a message there.

As long as it has been 7 years from the date of last day in prison, date of last fine paid, or last day of parole - you would be ok. Team typically run 3500 to 4000 miles per week - teams are paid percentage of the load and not by the mile.

Yes sir - you would both need hazmat. We can get you started with just proof of being fingerprinted for hazmat though, and then she would have 6 months to get it on her license.

@MSRTransportServices: Please clarify, is the team or owner paying the tolls and fuel surcharge? What is the driver experience requirement? Thank you.

We (the owner) pay for the fuel and tolls, so the team does not get any percentage of any fuel or toll surcharge. Most government loads do not even have a fuel surcharge at the moment, as they do not use the industry norm/standard for when a fuel surcharge applies. For the Class A units - each driver must have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 2 years or 1 year in the last 5 years - military drive time counts. For the Class B units, we prefer 6 months of commercial driving experience but it is not required.
