    Good luck sir. Tell ur trainer u want some experience driving on ice so u can feel what it feels like . Its to bad new mexico doesnt have any salt shakers or this #### wouldve been cleared up along time ago.

    Drove on it last night. Everybody was moving at a crawl. 4 wheeler next to me in the left lane had their steers sliding Left and right just trying to keep it straight. Weight of the truck helped us.

    I drove 35 miles into town yesterday after getting 6 inches of slop.

    Almost walked out of the door without grabbing my bin of emergency clothes.

    50 below Insulate boots. 3 pairs of wool socks. 10 packs foot and hand warmers. Fleece lined jeans . Insulated Carhart bibs. 2 pairs of thick gloves. 4 flannel shirts . 2 hooded sweatshirts and a thick insulated hooded Carhart jacket.

    Topped off with a full tank of gas.

    I did a week up in Northern Wisconsin a couple years ago with 50 below temps.

    That’s no Joke if your not prepared. Trucks broken down Everywhere from fuel gelling up.

    I have never been up in the panhandle. I meant to check it out last year but than Corona hit.

    Maybe this year .SW Florida bound next week for the winter .
