Well I'd guess that he did, at least according to WY... It's been up for the last several days. And we all know that WY doesn't define "Light"... They let the wind define it.

Well,
According to what he said, yes, said he drove by a sign and he seen it had Closed to light high profile vehicles.
But it had changed while he was on the road, but he didn’t stop.
He wasn’t real sure on their classification, either, he said.
Kept going, wind got under him and flipped him.
I said i figured 30k or less, said he had 10k in box.

I told him they’d probably charge him, he said Wydot gave a “Careless Driving” ticket after they cut him out of the truck and before the hauled him to hospital.
I told him he may as well pull signs, tags, prepaid, permit book, IFTA ... all LS things, when you leave they want it all back, I had to send them their stuff when I left.
They make sure they have signs back before they give your escrow back and that’s just quitting.

 

Does he have any experience with wyoming? Id expect a mega to do something like that, but an owner operator? with 10k in the box with high winds and high profile restrictions. I wouldnt even be driving my flatbed thru that weather with that little weight.... I feel bad for the guy knowing he probably just lost everything
