And the car driver will probably find some ambulance chasing lawyer who will sue the truck driver and win even though they most likely did nothing wrong
Flat Earth Trucker, Quackomatic 6000, Cattleman84 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Now did the truck over run them in a turn or did the car think the could do a fact and furious from the movie?
Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -
whole lot more to this story......look at the driver's side of the truck
Flat Earth Trucker, Coffey, p608 and 2 others Thank this. -
My guess is it's not the car's fault. But without knowing the cause of the damage to the left side of the truck, I can't say it's the truck driver's fault either.Coffey Thanks this. -
Or did the car run up under the trailer, forcing the truck to the left hitting the overpass pilings, causing the left side damage???

mjd4277 and Wasted Thyme Thank this.

There even going after the trucks now. When a car runs into the rear of the truck. Its the trucks fault because they were in the way. Sad Lawyers will go after anything.
Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -
