I own a small carrier in the SW Missouri area. We are looking for good teams. What type of dedicated routes are you all looking for? We have SW Missouri to the Riverside Ca area.

I just got hired on with R&L for my first job after CDL school. I’ll be running at night as a linehaul driver doing out and back runs mainly to Wilmington. That run pays $195 and only takes 7 hours at the most, which ain’t bad for my first job! My only worry is that they only train you for 2 days before throwing you to the wolves. Seems a little sketch to me as a new CDL holder, but we’ll see. ♂️ Any insights would be welcomed and thanks for all the great information on this thread!
