Understanding it doesn't make it any less of a PITA. Mine goes into coast UPHILL, mine goes into coast pretty much any time you aren't on cruise and lift your foot off the throttle which means increased use of the service brake just to slow down a little to match the speed of the traffic in front of you or slow down when entering a reduced speed zone instead of using the drag of the engine to slow (in areas that prohibit engine braking). Not to mention, on cruise, the 3-5 mph drop below the set speed before it resumes...(which is a real fuel saver ). The e-coast system should be outlawed as a major safety hazzard.Last edited: Jan 31, 2021

Had the truck in the shop couple days ago. They updated the settings and fixed the issue with the cruise. A little bit of throttle and it’ll hold 65.
