What if it Snows?

Well that dadgum closure last night really screwed me... Now the wind is gusting between 40 and 50... Ive only got 18k in the box.

So here I sit in Laramie... If the wind speeds were just a little lower I would run US30 around it... But its right on that cusp where it could be bad or it could be ok... Throw in the ice and I'm just not willing to take the risk.

 

Yeah...

 

With full fuel tanks I hope........

I stop at the Love's in Laramie. My sis is a couple miles down the road so she picks me up so I can grab a home cooked meal.

 

Well if any of you are headed west through WY and think you'll need to stop in Laramie... There are still quite a few spots available... But they are filling up pretty rapidly.

So.
$5218 and some change for 10 new tires mount all and balanced steers.
After 2.5 hours of mouthy guy had taken off 4 tires, not broke down any, I finally got tired of him mouthing about trying to work him to death.
So the other guy and I took off and broke down the rest.
He thought he’d supervise, but his boss seen he wasn’t working and sent him on a road all to change out two tractor tires on a case swivel.

I am going to have to tell his boss I’m going to lunch, I hope he won’t be disappointed to much when I don't return to work afterwards...
