C1 Drivers Training Ft. Wayne, IN

how long has it been since you went?? we didnt get paid a #### dime.
and usa dropped me tuesday of my second week...but pam picked me up so i was able to finish.. they are going to bay me 300 a week when i get on a trainer truck..im home and waiting to get picked up now...usa wouldnt tell me why they dropped me but i have a feeling it was because i had a pot ticket 5 years ago... other than that i have a perfect record..i think they book those classes like airline seats if they bring too many they trim a few. so far pam seems easy to deal with.. we shall see how it goes.

 

Hi to all drivers and students ! I'm new to this website. I'm worked for small company as a driver 20ft box truck, decided to switch gears. On December 7th I'm reporting to C1 training in Ft. Wayne, IN. Should be back before the 26th, will go home for one week till they give me trainer. I will post my training, should be interesting.

 

You at the terminal or motel? If you don't mind my asking.

 

Oh ok, I was at the terminal when I asked, I was gonna introduce myself.

 

I'm supposed to attend the USA truck orientation in Vandalia this Monday. Can somebody tell me what to expect when I get there? Getting there by Greyhound out of Flint, MI. How do I get to the hotel from the greyhound terminal, and how do I get to wherever orientation is supposed to be? I though I saw a letter on USA truck's site a while back but I cannot find it now. Thanks in advance.

 

I attended my orientation in Van Buren. So im not sure how much different it is in Vandalia... Did they give you a number to call so that you can get a shuttle or a ride? If its like Van Buren- you should have a packing list with a phone number on it to call for a shuttle to the hotel. Then in the morning there will either be a shuttle or USA bus that takes you to the terminal from the hotel. Good luck to yah...
