Schneider didn’t used to force NYC.
You’ll get to see and hate Philly, learn to talk with the south philly accent and learn Boston you will go.
As a Company driver they pay all tolls up there though.

Wasn’t to bad, as a tanker.

I was in the NE 55% of the time I went to NYC 3 times “ you can always say no to NYC” it’s not that bad being in the NE. I was based out of Charlotte but my truck was parked in Virginia where I live. Only thing I hated was going to Pennsylvania super heavy going up hills super slow and going down at 68 mph if you go over Schneider gives you a call about over speed. I still grossed around 1500 a week as a first year driver and the NE has plenty of freight going into the NE and leaving the NE. Get a good truck GPS Garmin Dezl “ Schneider truck gps is not that bad after going to wifi tablets “ , trip plan well, use google maps to determine where the truck entrances are to most places and most importantly read all the signs on the road especially for heights and restrictions.
