2016 normal, 2017 picked up, 2018 manic feeding frenzy, 2019 slowed down allot, first half of 2020 was the harvest actual :bonedemon:

now it's like nothing happened, back to normal. there's never a bad time to start if you bring enough crash pad, you can just easily get caught up real quick if you're not ready and you get steamrolled by 3 things in succession, and then try to stay afloat when there aren't many available loads.

fear not, the cycle of abuse will shortly continue! work hard af when you can so you can rest and eat while you can't

there is never a bad time to start with schneider IC, at the very worst of this year, there were enough crumbs you could scavenge to at least pay the bills if u needed. it might be 1.15 a mile but it's always there if you need it, can't lose.

Ditto as said above. It really depends on where you live and how and where you want to run. I do Reefer Wisconsin loads are hot right now. Make sure you have enough cash.

Doing a year at Schneider was very valuable to me. They really want you to succeed. Big truck payments. Happy to help if needed.

Hottest rumor is choice is going off percentage and moving to a flat rate take it or leave it price........

the new contract supposedly has language to the effect...that what ever the price is that Schneider thinks the load should pay is what you get.........

    hold on.......

Yeah. Seems like Schneider got sick of sharing profits with o/o's under their authority.

That is if the rumor going around about the new contract wording is accurate.

The other thing I’ve heard is a load is not really yours until you hook the preloaded trailer or start the live loading... up till that point they can take a load you have committed on off you for any reason they want.......

Talk to a guy yesterday he said what you see is what you get.. I think that’s good in some ways ‍♂️ Because I’m getting 70% now and if say I get a load that pay 800 or 900$ 30% coming from that but at least if you see what you’re getting it’s not bad....
