For the first time in my life I wasn’t joking, but I accept the compliment

I’m not sure if you can get past the Panama Canal, but I’m pretty sure that’s the only thing stopping someone from South America!

 

That’s the range selector, or that’s what I call it. A splitter is a button on the thumb side of the knob. It splits a gear in low/direct or high/overdrive. You will have a range selector and a splitter button on a 13,18,15,8LL and idk what else.

 

I reckons I’ll be around Nashville tommorrow ifn anyone’s around. Not stayin long. Grab a break and turn it around.

 

I am pretty sure South American folks prefer to take the plane...

So just from look'n at pics posted of your 379, I'd venture a guess you have a 63" flattop.. Best bunk on a Pete IMO. I'm sure you already know this, but for the last few years Peterbilt calls that a 70" bunk now.. But it sure ain't grown any.. lol

This is in no way me criticizing that green 389. I think its a smoke'n ride for the record. You want it jump on it!! Not that you, or anyone needs my approval.. lol

 

I was mostly asking because one day I’d like to take a road trip in a nice car as far as I can go down South haha flying’s lame, don’t see nearly as much! Then again I’ve never flown before... heights

In one of the articles the author said his “journey” was for 14 months, I think I’ll cut that all the way down to one month! Pedal to the floor hehe I just wanna drive and see the scenery from the road

 

Now... can you just imagine making that trip by a motorcycle?
