While they can check data, phone records don't state what app is being used. Even pandora uses data and that's perfectly fine.

Yeah I know lol. I was just trying to slow her roll since she seemed to charge in like a bull in a China shop lol. Weird how she hasn’t been back ....hmmmm

 

i would only provide what the hand book says too. as of right now. its just phone and text logs. i listen to my itunes. so data is high. but they cant check or hold my accountable for something not it in policy.

 

We were told as long as we set it before we start driving we can use those apps. I just set my Spotify playlist or podcasts and away I go lol.
