    Started with SunteckTTS, smooth operation till Evans delivery bought. 6 weeks of either missing trips or wrong pay for the trip. Prepass,they will not give a receipt showing what your tolls are. I complained enough to get 2 months worth, someone else’s tolls were included with mine. No one in the corporate office communicates with drivers. All corespondents go through your dispatcher. And when someone does call, rest assured it’s to ##### about something. If you have a DOT inspection and something fails Evans will fine you. In 30 years of driving...I can’t get away from these idiots fast enough.

    Your agent should be correcting those issues ... And can also get you the reports for toll and IFTA.

    There have been bumps in the transition to Evans system and it is a kluggy system. I've been underpaid I've been overpaid ... But the issues have always been corrected.

    You're still working with the same people now, that you were working with before. If they were good people then they're still good people. They just have to adjust to the new systems and processes.

    And have you had the joy of booking a load through Evans brokerage ...
    Took two weeks to figure out both sides of the house on how to pay it ... It got solved.

    I spotted for Suntekk/PHB out of Florida at Kimberly-Clark in Wisconsin for 4 years until Lazer bought PHB.
    Brand new Autocar spotters , great pay , checks always on time and correct.
    Only problem i had was onboarding , it was a PITA.

    Well it’s now 2024 and I’m going through the exact same thing you did in 2021. So I’d say it’s intentional and not just growing pains from being purchased by Evans. They are all crooks!!!

    If the company is around in 2027 I'll bet someone will be here to complain they went through the same thing the other guys in 2021 and 2024 did.:rolleyes:
