right. I'm shocked by his comment. what a lie. maybe customer did give him as a dedicated load and he moved it as a partial, put lots of money in his pocket and forgot about it.... and whenever customer called him he tried to blame the carrier. Very unprofessional.

 

With a high OOS rate like this I probably wouldn’t use them either.
