As far as I'm concerned, this video would be a perfectly adequate defense but in these times probably wouldn't work.

There is no way to validate when this was taken. It could have been any time. Second, there is no news reports by any source, local or national, concerning this incident. The web address from where the video posts from is questionable. Additionally, the days news reports have no reports of any of this type of activity.
