They just abuse u . All they want is mindless robots. That don’t know any better

 

You do realize it is illegal to lower your pay once you are at a pay rate thats it they can not lower it

 

So all this they will lower your pay to a rate you cant survive off of is ########

 

Now will they cut your miles yeah they can do that but most companies only cut your miles back when your a ####ty driver and always deliver loads late or damaged

They can cut mileage but lowering your rate of pay is illegal. Department of labor makes the laws for all jobs go do a little homework you will see a lot of things that these trucking companies are doing is illegal on a federal level or state level but yeah department of labor makes the federal regulations regarding pay and scheduling and equal oppurtunity employment

It doesn’t, and it’s not illegal.

I didn’t think so. I’ve never heard of a trucking company doing it, but no reason they can’t. They just prefer the passive aggressive ways of starving drivers out.
