I know that this is totally off topic from the thread "What if it snows?" , But has anybody else had trouble getting parts?
I've ordered a radiator, cac, and water pump last week. Took 2 days to get them. The radiator was busted, sent it back and now it has taken over a week to get a replacement.LoSt_AgAiN, Dale thompson, lovesthedrive and 2 others Thank this. -
The Big Dog jumped up into my Man chair and broke it. It was my birthday so the Mrs. told me that she would replace it. Three...THREE month wait. No thank you. I can make it work.
Things are slooooooow. Saw a recent pic of ships waiting to dock in Long Beach. It was a party.Last edited: Apr 28, 2021

3 other drivers here are Dominos, they all said they were sick, and I had sausage and pepperoni, one Canadian bacon, one had a combination of everything with jalapeños, so it must’ve been the sauce.
I asked if we should try the pasta today.DrFlush, Lumper Humper, LoSt_AgAiN and 5 others Thank this. -

After a crazy brawl in a Jackson, MS restaurant.
"It was very disruptive. I was concerned about the children that were involved when chairs were flying over them so I called the police," the restaurant's assistant manager Stella Jones said, WAPT-TV.
At least we're not the only ones concerned about the Children.InTooDeep, dwells40, homeskillet and 8 others Thank this. -

With the pandemic ending, employers are finding that workers are no longer williing to do the dead end jobs of before. This has created a vacuum on supplies at suppliers. There is even talk that this summer gas stations may run out of fuel with the lack of enough work force returnning to the jobs they had prepandemic.
Oh and the wifes employer changed his mind and is now going to pay her 17 per hour on on the 30 hour week. A raise of $10 a week. Woohoo! We can buy lottery tickets now. LOLdwells40, Swine hauler, homeskillet and 7 others Thank this. -
