    At any rate I wouldn’t work for a company that does that. I can’t pay bills on hopes and dreams or pixie fairy dust!! If an employer chooses to starve me out then that employer will no longer be my employer-simple as that!

    Yeah end result is the same but they didnt lower the persons per mile pay thats illegal but lowering their miles in hopes they quit is perfectly legal
