I drive for Venezia hauling tar, I just got bumped up from .545 cpm empty and .567 loaded over 25 tons, to .585 cpm empty and .603 loaded over 25 tons. Anything under 25 is my empty rate.

Most Companies will gladly email you their Pay scale. Just send an email to a recruiter. Do not let them just "tell you" what it is. Ads are full of "Up To" and "Our Top Drivers Make". If a Company will not email you a printed black and white copy of their current pay scale, there is a reason. Good luck!

Sorry for the late response. I don't know what my base actually is but I should be around .61 a mile after activity and score card bonus on an average week.

I was paying in the $1400-$1600 range for 2500 miles a week. Given current rates and inflation, that just isn't a fair wage anymore in my opinion so I recently upped pay to $1750-$2100. I just can't justify any less for an experienced driver in my mind. That seems to be in line with what the better companies are trying to pay. Of course, it's a struggle competing with the Mega's advertising budgets lol.

Well there's a first time for everything. I suppose I could do the math but I seem to think it's .49 before all bonuses and activities. My pay is pretty consistent so I don't track every penny. They've given me no reason not to trust it's right.
