Yes, the storage pods. We have a group that only handles Pods. The guys on that fleet swear by it, I think they got a 5CPM bonus on all miles they run this summer, and I know they're looking to hire more guys as they expand that fleet. I would be on it myself but I'm outside the hiring area.
They don't do residential pickups. They go to the main Pods storage locations, throw 2 or 3 Pods on a flatbed, 2 or 3 straps per Pod, and they're on the road again. These locations are pretty much 7am to 5pm and most guys get unloaded/reloaded in under an hour. They're all 48 states and they get a lot of long western runs. Ran into a friend of mine in Ocala that had recently gone to the Pods fleet, he has just got done with a Sacramento to Orlando run! With their bonus structure, I think the Pods fleet is also the highest paying division in the company.
