    I agree.
    Go easy on the pills.
Take one to sleep for the first couple of days and that’s it

    Alternate Tylenol and Advil

hiring a lawyer and filing a lawsuit won’t help you now, it might get you some money three or four years from now when the case actually starts getting close to a court date that will get delayed and reset a dozen times .

    truckdriver31 Thanks this.

A green light to take oxy’s huh? No wonder you wanna sue. So you can just stay all pilled up for a while. Might as well go for permanent disability. :rolleyes:o_O:rolleyes:

Mototom, Last Call and truckdriver31 Thank this.

It's a ####ty situation all around. But don't sue. If you literally can't flatbed, then pull a dry van for a couple months until you can. In the oilfield I once had a lifting cap fall on my hand. Squirted my fingertip off into my glove and crushed the bone in the end of that finger. Split the bones in each finger next to it. I was working a two week on, one week off schedule at the time. We shuffled my schedule to put me on days off starting the next day, and I went back to work a week later. No "lost time incident" for the company. Never took a pill stronger than Excedrin. If I can do it, you can do it. I'm nobody special. You just gotta do it. If you can't pull a van, then pull stuff you don't need to tarp. And it doesn't take ten fingers to strap and chain. Take a week off, and you'll be in a lot better mindset about this whole thing.

Yeah that’s what I’ve been thinking just getting a door slamming job but the pay will suck and I don’t wanna sue anyone really I was hoping her companies workers comp will cover it but she blocked my number after I asked her details w lawyer can easily find out she purchased fuel when this happened and I’d be 1000 bucks she was on meth and cocaine the way she was talking
