    80 Year old Luther Stinson was killed when he hit a bridge column in Mt. Juliet, TN. He had been with them for 7 years.

    Drove by there yesterday, when they were cleaning it up. The fuel tank was completely torn off the truck. Very sad

    He had been there 7 years. I guess it is hard to cut someone loose after that long. Then you get into age discrimination too. But yeah, I can't imagine doing it that long.

    My company has an 80 year driver but he’s about as fit as a 40 year old. Been trucking for about 62 years. Both his folks are still alive and active at 101 and 103. Some people just have healthy genes.
