I've done that pulling hazmat tankers. Company needed a team to do Nashville/Seattle runs for awhile. My buddy and I volunteered and did a few of those, then went back to solo driving. Yeah, two of those in 10 days is easy.

I did those solo pulling reefers and usually just one load from east coast to west coast; no stops in between.
Those companies hauling live plants will have multiple stops, but some outfits like I posted, they'll be home every weekend or two days a week if they want.

When we left ODFL we were on 72cpm, that was 6 years ago. They pay 80cpm now.

Doubles and Hazmat - clean record - you’ve got plenty of experience.

5-6,000 miles a week on dedicated runs , all drop and hook.

I had a thread on here about working there, can’t remember where it is.

    Good luck.

I wonder what's this love affair that so many drivers have with Texas? I hear that all the time on the road, at times within companies I've worked for. I enjoy Texas too, but its 47 other states to make money in. I'm with the other members on broadening your horizons. It ain't everywhere a driver will like, as you'll have to go where the money is. NC to TX runs don't always require teams. In trucking, I find flexibility to be a valuable tool.

My wife and I have been with Koleaseco Inc out of Hudsonville Michigan for 2 yrs now and we love it. It is reffer and is usually office furniture out west to Cali or Wash and then produce back. We average 6k miles a week and have hit 7k numerous times. Pay I believe starts out around .54 with an .08 bonus on all miles if you run the miles and have no tickets or accidents. Let me know if you would like more info.

Not the case here. I run all my miles and enjoy truck driving! We actually used to run about 6300 in a 7 day period but like I said, I do believe we were with the wrong company and that's why I'm honestly scared to do coast to coast again. The paid PER round trip. Not CPM
