Western Express

Good for you driver, I'm glad you're doing well there. I worked there my rookie year(2010). I see very little has changed lol. That's exactly how I would evaluate them too, minus the trainer part. I never felt like it was as bad as everyone thought.

 

I saw a Western Express truck recently, it was dark blue with black lettering and it looked like it had been washed recently. I thought to myself, " Western Express can't be as bad as everyone says it is." This thread confirms my suspicions.

 

It was probably the birthday cards.

 

They will need a cake to go with that.. I'd say an oreo ice cream would work, since it has their colors

 

Wayne Wise, I like the way that just rolls off the tounge. I wonder if he and his wife would be up to enjoying some wings and gizzards this 4th of July? I could have Mobely or O'dell pick them up at the airport. Luckily they are both off probation now.

Yeah, I know the equipment usually looks trashed, the flatbed securement leaves a lot to be desired, some bad rookie behavior on the roads -

Don't mean to ....ummmm....interrupt, Honest TB, but I'm still waiting on that check, the one you said you mailed 3 weeks ago! Do I have to get Guido, Morty, and @Frank Speak involved? Do I tell the assembled masses that your "wings" are buzzard wings, and that your "gizzards" are plankton based? Or that you charge $251.76 to park at this "extravaganza"? Or that Inga may not be there? Or that Mobely and O'Dell plan on doing a cabaret type drag show?

Sure, Western has a bad rep, mostly because they'll hire anyone with a pulse. BUT, that's not to say you can't get your wings wet and move on.
