    let us know what they quote you. I’m wondering if they will try to raise me. Haven’t had any issues, good credit score etc. haven’t gone to northeast so we will see. Did they ask for your IFTA or automatically sent your renewal quote? My progressive dude told me they would want my IFTA for last 3 quarters.

    That is not how progressive works. They aren’t going to shop you to another insurance company they want the business themselves. Now, you may have had an agent do that to you but Progressive themselves didn’t. Also to add to GPD response OOIDA doesn’t always Insure new entities, also can depend on where you live.

    You can’t haul for Nucor I know with Ooida. And they were 1500 higher than progressive for year.
    And I’m a life member before you say you gotta be a member for cheaper rate

    Just renewed my policy with Great West. It did increase some but it pretty much always does. Nobody else could touch them for all the coverages I have though. They are definitely top notch IMO.

    I was with progressive for first 12 months, it never effected credit score.

    I heard progressive pays most fee( whatever you call it ) to the broker who sells you policy , thats why most of them try to sell you progressive first for comparable rate.... Just heard it from insurance agent

    The Great West has one more available feature that others do not, which is the option to buy the break down tow insurance. Others may have towing included but only and rather in case of accidents.
    I think it is up to 5K after $250 deductible and you can tow it anywhere you choose.
    That's quite a help. I towed my tractor (only) back in 2018 - 450 miles home and paid $3600 - which was the cheapest I could find.
