    Appreciate all the insight...I'm taking away that Walmart has definite advantages in the pay and home time categories. However I've also personally experienced the toxic effects of micromanagement in the workplace...it makes sense that some people would jump ship over that side of it.

    I'm thinking that like most things in life, a lot of it boils down to different strokes for different folks in terms of priorities.
