Pay the ticket and get signs on the truck. Did you not know there is certain information that needs to be displayed on a commercial vehicle?

IF it hit's your record or insurance cost, I would consider to fight it

Was it a warning, or was it a ticket? Those are two different things.
My guess is it's a violation on a CVSA inspection, but no citation. Most LEO's incorrectly call that a written warning. It's not. It's a violation that goes on the CSA system which means CSA points for the company and an entry on the driver's PSP report.

Of course there is, unless it's a Name Carrier, running A rental, nothing on at all, Go to court, show you are compliant, maybe they will give you a break

So what exactly was the ‘issue’?
And, who was cited for the infraction? Your driver, or your company, or both?

    77fib77 Thanks this.

Sell the truck, because if you’re asking this question, you shouldn’t own a truck or have a driver.

Sorry for being harsh … just being realistic.

This was my first thought and I was going to stay out of it. Since you broached the subject, when I see a new member or a current/past member in a new persona, and they are asking this type of question I highly suspect trolling.

@ZVar is correct. When a DOT Cop issues an inspection with a violation that said violation /s will impact the SMS CSA Federal database on that driver and carrier. Some DOT Cops will also address violations with either a state citation or either a written or verbal warning. I would council the OP to make dang sure if there was an inspection to follow the instructions on that report to the letter. The warning means nothing, but a North American Standard inspection report with violations CAN NOT be ignored by the authority holder/Owner.

This is my last comment until the OP provides more information! Trying to answer such a question is like hunting with a blindfold on!

Once again first class 5 star service from Thermoking in Mt Crawford VA. 24 hr facility too. Gonna go home and drink some beer. Might even do it in the driveway inside the truck if the old lady doesn't have the house cold enough.
